胡晓湘 博士,教授,博士生导师, 中国农业大学生物学院、中国农业大学畜禽生物育种全国重点实验室。 学习与工作经历 1989-1993 北京农业大学 畜牧系 动物遗传育种专业 本科 1995-1998 中国农业大学 动物科技学院 动物遗传育种 硕士 1998-2001 中国农业大学 动物科技学院 动物遗传育种 博士 2001-至今 中国农业大学 生物学院 讲师、副研究员、教授 2002-2003 法国农科院 博士后 2013-2014 美国康奈尔大学 高级访问学者 获奖情况 2003 年获教育部技术发明奖一等奖; 2004 年获国家技术发明二等奖(排名第六); 2007 年获得霍英东基金青年教师奖,2008 年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2009 年获国家科技发明奖二等奖(排名第四),2018年获国家科技进步奖二等奖(排名第四)

研究领域

(1)畜禽重要经济性状QTL定位与功能基因克隆验证 充分利用我国家禽品种丰富的优势,研究猪、鸡优异性状的遗传基础,开展特色基因的精细定位、优良基因的鉴定挖掘、种质性状遗传评估。 (2)畜禽基因组选择技术和方法研究 以高通量测序技术为引领,以高性能计算为手段,发展基于新一代测序技术的新型高通量基因分型技术,发展基因组选择的新技术、新方法,并用于商业化畜禽品种的基因组选育。 (3)畜禽基因编辑与品种设计 发展基于CRISPR-Cas的基因编辑技术,对前期研究获得的功能基因加以改造,研究畜禽品种精准育种技术,解决畜禽品种设计的技术瓶颈。
