研究领域

植物病害是制约农作物生产的重要因素之一。本实验室主要研究方向为植物与病原微生物互作。一方面以拟南芥为实验材料,综合运用分子生物学、遗传学和生物化学等手段,解析信号分子活性氧调控植物免疫的分子机制,深入理解免疫信号网络,为植物抗病的分子设计提供新靶标和新策略。另一方面以玉米为研究材料,通过正向、反向遗传学,分离及鉴定玉米抗病基因,并阐明分子机制,为培育抗病新品种提供重要的基因资源
