个人简介

研究领域

植物病毒严重威胁世界农业生产和粮食安全。这其中有一类称之为正义链RNA病毒, 正义链RNA病毒占病毒总数的1/3以上, 如2020年爆发并肆虐全球的新型冠状病毒。此外, 在植物病毒领域评选出的最重要的10个植物病毒中, 有7个是正义链RNA病毒。因此, 研究正义链RNA病毒与宿主互作的分子机制对于病毒病害防控具有重要的科学意义, 可为抗病毒策略的开发提供潜在的靶点。本研究组以甜菜黑色焦枯病毒 (BBSV) 和大麦条纹花叶病毒 (BSMV) 为代表的植物正义链RNA病毒为研究对象, 围绕植物病毒与宿主互作 (Plant-virus interaction) 开展研究, 主要包括以下3个研究方向 (基础 + 应用): 植物病毒侵染和致病的分子机制。研究病毒如何增殖和扩散及反防御寄主免疫,为植物重要病毒病害绿色防控提供理论参考。 R基因介导的抗病毒免疫。以经典的N基因和首例禾本科植物BSRl抗性基因为模式,研究R基因介导的抗病毒免疫信号转导,为抗病分子设计育种提供理论依据。 植物病毒载体的开发和利用。将植物病毒“变害为宝”, 开发基于植物病毒的表达载体、沉默载体和基因编辑载体,以用于药用蛋白表达和植物功能基因研究。
