个人简介

陈三凤 博士,教授。1992年在中国农业大学获得农学博士学位。 主要从事生物固氮研究工作。先后主持9项国家自然基金,主持、课题主持和子课题主持博士点基金、863课题、973子课题、转基因专项、重点研发等多项科研项目。发表论文100余篇,其中SCI论文80余篇。近年来,3篇论文发表在PloS Genetics;申请和获得国家发明专利授权13项。先后主讲《微生物遗传学》、《微生物生理学》、《生物固氮调控机制》等课程。编写和参编教材和科技著作5部,其中编写的《现代微生物遗传》获“北京市精品教材奖”和“国家十一五规划教材奖”。科研成果获北京市自然科学三等奖。先后任中国微生物学会理事、北京市微生物学会理事和农业微生物专业委员会副主任委员、中国微生物学会普及与教育工作委员会委员。 学习与工作经历 1978/10-1982/08,山西农业大学植物保护系,农学学士学位 1986/08-1989/08,南京农业大学植物病理系,农学硕士学位 1989/09-1992/06,中国农业大学植物病理系,农学博士学位 1995/04-1996/04,墨西哥理工大学,博士后 1996/06-1997/08,日本食品研究所,博士后 2003/10-2004/04,美国亚利桑那大学,高级访问学者 2011/06-2011/12,美国乔治亚大学,高级访问学者 1982/08-1986/08,山西农业大学植物病理系,助教 1992/07-至今,中国农业大学生物学院,讲师、副教授和教授 获奖情况 科研成果“固氮微生物资源、基因组序列分析及遗传研究”,2016年获北京市自然科学三等奖 编著的《现代微生物遗传》于2006年,获“北京市精品教材”奖和“十一五国家规划教材” 参讲的研究生课程《现代微生物研究技术》,获中国农业大学教学优秀成果奖 2008年获中国农业大学教学成果二等奖 指导的2名硕士生获中国农业大学优秀论文奖

研究领域

固氮微生物能将空气中的氮气还原成氨,为植物生长提供一定量的氮素。固氮微生物包括不同的种类,研究较多的是革兰氏阴性固氮菌。类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus)是产生芽孢的革兰氏阳性细菌,其中包括一些固氮菌。我的研究主要集中在这几个方面:一、固氮类芽孢杆菌资源分类;二、固氮调控机制研究和利用合成生物学方法研究固氮基因的表达;三、固氮菌的发酵、微生物肥料制备及其田间应用
