侯云鹏 博士,副教授,博士生导师。2008年12月至今,任中国农业大学生物学院副教授,主要研究哺乳动物(猪、牛和鼠)卵母细胞成熟和发育的钙稳态调节机理,环境与药物对生殖生理的干扰影响。

研究领域
大量研究证实[Ca2+]i在卵母细胞减数分裂,激活,受精及早期胚胎发育过程中起着重要的调控作用,其稳态的维持对于卵母细胞正常机能至关重要。本人主要通过分子生物学、细胞生物学和生物化学等手段,研究哺乳动物(猪、牛和鼠)卵母细胞钙稳态调节机理,为生殖生物学提供理论支撑,为动物生物技术研究提供充足的卵母细胞资源。(一)以卵母细胞膜为研究材料,系统研究膜上蛋白识别调控钙离子出入的生理及分子机制;(二)以胞质、内质网和线粒体为研究材料,通过调节钙库中钙离子释放和收集研究卵母细胞生理变化机制,及其对未来胚胎重编程及发育的影响;(三)以雌性小鼠为研究材料,通过体内饲喂或体外培养体系中添加药物或环境中有毒有害物质,研究药物和环境对雌性生殖生理干扰及机制。
