have a varied scientific background which includes a BSc in Chemistry where I completed coursework across the chemical and biological sciences with further studies in the physical sciences during my PhD in Geology. I've worked mainly in interdisciplinary teams and this has allowed me to develop expertise in
multiple mass spectrometry techniques, thermal analysis, spectroscopy, chromatography, as well as X-ray and neutron diffraction. My main research interest is the geochemical analysis of terrestrial and non-terrestrial environments for clues about how these sites were formed and shaped by biotic and abiotic processes.
