个人简介

张德明，副教授，博士生导师、硕士生导师，院长助理。2007年以县理科状元身份考入北京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院；2011年本科毕业，荣获北京航空航天大学本科优秀毕业生，同年保送直接攻读博士学位；2017年11月博士毕业，荣获北京航空航天大学博士研究生十佳，北京航空航天大学博士优秀毕业生；2018年于北京航空航天大学进行博士后研究，荣获2018年度博士后创新人才支持计划（全国400人），2019年度北京航空航天大学优秀博士后；2020年9月入职北京航空航天大学集成电路科学与工程学院。长期围绕快速、低功耗、高可靠性自旋非易失存储、非易失逻辑计算以及存算一体，从器件、电路与系统三个层面开展跨层深入联合研究。已发表学术论文50余篇（具体见Researchgate 主页：https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Deming-Zhang-7）其中，以第一通讯作者身份在IEEE TCAS-I、IEEE TBioCAS、IEEE TED、IEEE TNANO等国际SCI期刊上发表论文 12 篇；在国际重要学术会议上发表EI论文10篇；受邀撰写英文专著章节1 篇；申请中国发明专利10项，其中授权3项 (其中1项转让华为技术有限公司，1项转让致真存储)。教育经历 2011.9 -- 2017.11 北京航空航天大学电子科学与技术博士研究生毕业工学博士学位 2007.9 -- 2011.6 北京航空航天大学电子科学与技术大学本科(简称“大学”) 工学学士学位工作经历 2022.8 -- 至今北京航空航天大学集成电路科学与工程学院副教授 2020.9 -- 2022.7 北京航空航天大学集成电路科学与工程学院助理教授 2018.2 -- 2020.9 北京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院博士后
