李啸谷，男，四川遂宁人，现任北京航空航天大学经济管理学院助理教授，2020年毕业于美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学农业、环境与区域经济学专业并获得博士学位。工作经历 2020年至今，北京航空航天大学经济管理学院应用经济学系助理教授 2013年8月至2015年5月,美国田纳西大学农业，环境与资源经济学系研究助理（指导教授：Kimberly L. Jensen) 2008年9月至2009年5月,北京大学经济与人类发展研究中心(CHEDS),助理研究员（指导教授：刘民权) 教育经历 2015年8月至2020年8月,美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学,获博士学位 2011年8月至2013年5月,美国北卡罗莱纳州立大学,获硕士学位 2009年8月至2011年5月,美国田纳西大学,获硕士学位 2004年9月至2008年7月,北京大学,获学士学位
