个人简介

刘鹏,北京航空航天大学经管学院副教授,长期从事交通管理、物流运作、城市经济方面研究。获管理学学士、理学学士、工学博士学位,曾于荷兰埃因霍温理工大学、中国国务院发展研究中心、新加坡国立大学等先后留学、实习或工作一至四年。现任中国管理科学与工程学会交通运输管理分会执行秘书长、中国系统工程学会交通运输系统工程专业委员会委员、民建北京市青工委副主任;Frontiers in Future Transportation编委、交通运输工程学报专刊客座编辑、国家自然科学基金委、国家留学基金委等函评专家;Transportation Research Part B/C/E、IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems、Transport Policy、International Symposium on Transportation and Traffic Theory、系统工程理论与实践等国内外术期刊及会议审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、北航青年拔尖人才计划项目,参与科技部973计划、重点研发计划课题、自然科学基金重大、基础科学中心、中欧合作等科研项目共计10余项。迄今在Transportation Research系列、IEEE Transactions系列、管理科学学报、中国公路学报等国内外学术刊物及会议上发表论文30余篇。研究成果转化的智库报告与政策建议被中共中央办公厅、全国人大、全国政协、省部级委办局等采纳与领导批示10余项。
