个人简介

王良,博士,北京航空航天大学计算机学院助理教授。2017年博士毕业于香港中文大学计算机科学与工程系。2016年南安普大学访问学者。2017年12月至2020年6月在清华大学微电子所从事博士后研究。2020年7月至今任北航计算机学院系统结构所助理教授。目前研究方向包括计算机体系结构、片上网络、高性能计算、GPU、深度学习硬件加速。 在高水平国际期刊(IEEE TC、IEEE TPDS、IEEE TCAD等)和国际会议(DAC、ESWEEK、GLSVLSI、VLSI-SoC等)发表论文二十余篇,其中CCF A类论文8篇。以第一作者获得2014年国际会议VLSI-SoC最佳论文奖。获得DSD 2016国际会议最佳论文奖。参与多项国家自然科学基金,包括重点项目"动态可重构芯片关键技术",面上项目"温度自适应的三维集成片上网络高效通信方法研究"等。目前是ACM会员、IEEE会员,担任IEEE TC,IEEE TCAD,DAC等国际期刊与会议的审稿人。 博士期间主要研究内容:基于动态规划的片上网络路由算法,高可靠性片上网络设计,众核系统高吞吐率任务映射。博士生导师:Terrence Mak和Ho-fung Leung。博士后期间主要研究内容:高灵活性可重构互连架构设计,不规则片上网络的死锁解决方法。博士后合作导师:刘雷波。 教育经历 2007.9 -- 2011.7 哈尔滨工业大学 实验学院 大学本科毕业 学士学位 2011.9 -- 2013.7 哈尔滨工业大学 电子科学与技术 硕士研究生毕业 硕士学位 2013.8 -- 2017.11 香港中文大学 计算机科学与技术 博士研究生毕业 博士学位 工作经历 2016.3 -- 2016.9 英国南安普顿大学 电子与计算机系 访问学者 2017.12 -- 2020.7 清华大学 微电子所 博士后 荣誉及奖励 校级优秀本科毕设指导教师,2022-07-01 北航学院(传源书院)优秀班主任,2022-07-10 香港中文大学研究生奖学金 2013-2017 2014年VLSI-SoC国际会议最佳论文奖
