A. 航天航空中的热流科学问题 a. 材料表面催化/氧化/氮化/热解/烧蚀等界面传热传质及材料热响应计算 Surface catalysis, oxidation, nitridation, pyrolysis, ablation and thermal response simulation (full coupled); b. 发汗理论 / 相变,多孔介质中的多相流动与传热 Transpiration theory, phase Change, Multiphase flow and heat transfer in the porous medium c. 人工智能辅助传热计算应用 AI-Assistant heat transfer simulation techniques. B. 流动与传热过程的数值预测及热管理应用: a. 微尺度流动和传热 b. 新型制冷与低温技术(电子器件冷却技术等) c. 能源的高效利用及强化传热机制与新方法 C. 核心研发设计类工业软件产品开发(JM两用)
