通过线粒体3D空间结构解码基因调控的原理机制
线粒体是参与ATP生产的关键细胞器,生物化学反应的枢纽,并调节细胞活动例如细胞老化,癌症和应激。线粒体也是一种非常动态的结构,随着细胞和环境的改变而发生形态的变化。尽管已有许多线粒体反应路径和形态改变的研究,但这些形态变化与基因表达调控之间的联系仍需深入探究。细胞衰老、癌症和应激期间线粒体形态的变化如何影响基因调控?线粒体是如何调节mRNA定位和控制翻译从而应对细胞的代谢需求?
