个人简介

戴小川教授于2010年在北京大学获得化学学士学位,2015年在哈佛大学获得化学博士学位,师从美国四院院士Charles Lieber教授,之后分别在哈佛大学化学系、塔夫茨大学生物医学工程系、麻省理工学院电子工程系从事博士后研究。2020年11月,全职任教于清华大学,担任助理教授、特别研究员、博士生导师,建立活体生物电子学实验室。戴小川教授多年来聚焦生物电子学与生物组织的理想界面问题,在纳米化学、生物电子学、组织工程与脑机接口等领域开展多学科交叉研究,取得了一系列成果,在Nature Nanotechnology、Nature Materials、PNAS、Advanced Materials、Nano Letters等期刊发表论文20余篇,申请发明专利7项,主持或参与国家自然科学基金委、科技部、国家实验室等机构科研项目十余项。兼任《Nano TransMed》副主编、《Frontiers in Neuroscience》等期刊编委。 学术荣誉与奖励 临港实验室“求索杰出青年计划” 中国国家优秀自费留学生奖 北京大学学生五·四奖章

研究领域

让人造生物电子器件与生物组织无缝融合 戴小川教授关注的主要问题是如何实现生物电子与生物组织/动物在结构上的无缝融合以及在功能上的信号耦合,并为此发展了一种模仿组织支架形态的生物电子系统,以匹配生物组织的物理、化学、力学性能。这一类新型活体生物电子系统既能够被精准植入活体动物大脑,与神经组织融为一体,实现无缝融合脑机接口,帮助阐释大脑的运行原理或诊疗神经系统疾病;又能够作为功能性组织支架参与人造组织或类器官工程,构建赛博格组织(Cyborg Tissues)。具体的研究方向包括: 1. 开发新型类组织支架柔性电子器件,使人造电子器件能够无缝融合于生物组织之中 2. 开发类组织支架柔性电子的精准微创植入方法,构建高通量、零排异、终生稳定的脑机接口系统 3. 结合多模态、跨尺度神经技术,构建电、光、磁、声、化学多模态神经接口系统,探索大脑发育、衰老、学习和再生过程 4. 依托类组织支架柔性电子系统,构建赛博格组织(Cyborg Tissues)与类脑器官(Brain Organoid),探索类脑器官发育过程
