从纤维化发生机制到抗纤维化药物研发
张建宏的科研重点是人类多器官纤维化发生的机理,纤维化治疗靶点的系统性发现,抗纤维化多肽或蛋白质药物研发。主要研究方向包括肺脏、肝脏、肾脏和心脏等器官的纤维化发生机理及治疗靶点。
他利用单细胞多组学和细胞分子免疫学的最新技术,绘制纤维化的组织微环境单细胞图谱,揭示非免疫细胞和免疫细胞间的相互作用网络和调控关系,深度挖掘纤维化发生过程中的基因组和蛋白组学变化,鉴定纤维化发生的重要调控分子,为抗纤维化药物研发提供新的靶点。
