个人简介

2008年本科毕业于南开大学生物技术专业,2014年获得芝加哥大学博士学位(导师是Olaf Schneewind教授和何川教授)。2015年以博士后身份加入美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学从事感染免疫的研究工作(合作导师是Herbert“Skip”Virgin教授和Christina Stallings教授)。2021年加入清华大学医学院任助理教授研究员,课题组负责人。

研究领域

我们研究方向是病原体和免疫系统之间的相互作用。病原微生物感染是对人类健康的持续威胁。 我们中的大多数人都没有意识到这一威胁,因为我们的免疫系统的出色工作:在感染性微生物引起症状之前将其消灭。我们实验室的兴趣在于了解免疫系统如何抵抗病原微生物。 我们利用现代分子生物学、生物化学、遗传学、细胞生物学并结合动物模型等方法来剖析介导宿主防御感染的基本机制。我们同时也对病原体逃避宿主免疫攻击并引起疾病的机制感兴趣。课题组的长期目标是找到广谱抗感染的机制,进而研发疫苗和抗感染药物。目前我们感兴趣的病原微生物包括:结核杆菌,金黄葡萄球菌,李斯特菌,流感病毒,疱疹病毒等;我们感兴趣的广谱抗感染通路是自噬通路。
