个人简介

姜云耀博士于2010年获延边大学农学学士学位,2015年获韩国江原大学医学生命工程博士学位。曾在中国中医科学院西苑医院开展中药药理学博士后研究工作。先后在Carbohydrate Polymers、Bioinorganic Chemistry and Applications和International Journal of Molecular Sciences等领域内高水平期刊以第一作者身份发表研究论文20余篇,在国际学术会议中发表数十篇研究成果。曾获得韩国Nutraceutical Bio BK21优秀青年学者奖学金,获得2020年度中国商业联合会科学技术奖一等奖及2021年产学研合作创新成果奖优秀奖。先后主持及参与国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)、国家重大研发计划匹配项目、国家自然科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金项目及韩国农林部项目等。在中药及其复方物质基础和作用机制研究中具有丰富的经验和较高的科研水平。 科研经历 姜云耀博士在攻读硕士及博士学位期间主要从事天然产物的研究工作,主要针对具有药用价值的植物开展提取、分离、活性评价和作用机制等相关研究。先后对中药木贼、刺五加、山牛蒡、当归和细辛进行了相关研究。2016年回国后进入中国中医科学院国家中医药管理局和北京市中药药理重点实验室从事中药药理方向博士后研究工作。在此期间,主要参与973计划“基于病证结合的气血相关理论研究”项目的科研工作,并入选“中国中医科学院博士后培优计划”。2019年加入清华大学药学院中药研究院开展研究工作,主要负责了中药材黄芩和淫羊藿国际标准的研究和申报工作,作为项目负责人开展了中药材黄芪、麦冬的药学研究和植物代谢组学数据库研究,并独立开展了益气通络颗粒治疗脑梗死的物质基础和作用机制研究,以及中医“气”的生物学基础研究和中药人参、黄芪补气功效的生物学基础研究等工作。 学术兼职 世界中医药学会联合会血液病专业委员会理事 中国中药协会中药产品开发与培育专业委员会委员 中国生物工程学会生物科学支撑技术专业委员会专家委员 Frontiers in Pharmacology,Topic Editor and Review Editor Frontiers in Immunology,Review Editor Frontiers in Nutrition,Review Editor Frontiers in Chemistry,Review Editor 荣誉和奖励 产学研合作创新成果奖优秀奖,2021 中国商业联合会科学技术奖一等奖,2020 中国中医科学院博士后培优计划,2018 韩国Nutraceutical Bio BK21优秀青年学者,2015 韩国Nutraceutical Bio BK21 奖学金,2010—2013

研究领域

中药物质基础和作用机制,以及中药功效的生物学基础研究。 中药是一个极其复杂的体系,具有多组分、多靶点、多作用途径的特点,其发挥作用的药效物质基础不清楚,作用机制不明确,极大地限制了中药的应用和国际化进程。利用系统生物学和组学等现代生命科学的研究方法和技术,结合传统中医药研究理论,建立全面阐述中药物质基础和作用机制的研究思路和方法,阐明中药作用机理。 中药功效是在传统中医理论的基础上对中药临床作用的系统总结,是多种特定化学成分在特定病理条件下对机体进行整体调节作用的生物学效应,代表了中药的整体效应。对中药的功效研究更符合传统的中医药理论,更有利于以中医理论为指导的临床应用和评价。用现代生命科学的方法和语言对中药的功效进行表征和解释。
