教育背景 1981.9～1986.7 清华大学土木工程系结构工程专业，工学学士 1990.4～1992.3 名古屋大学（日本）研究生院土木规划学专业，工学硕士 1992.4～1995.3 名古屋大学（日本）研究生院土木规划学专业，工学博士工作履历 1986～1990 北京市市政工程设计研究总院，助理工程师 1995～1997 中部复建株式会社（日本），副科长 1997～2003 社团法人系统科学研究所（日本），研究员 2003～2009 清华大学土木工程系，副研究员 2009～至今清华大学土木工程系，教授学术兼职校内情况：土木工程系交通设计研究所所长。曾任清华大学交通研究所副所长、土木水利学院工会副主席，等校外情况：中国交通运输协会交通与物流分会理事。21世纪高等学校教材（公路与交通工程）编审委员会委员。东亚交通研究会（EASTS）学术委员会委员、评奖委员会委员。世界银行特聘专家。教育部科技奖励专家；北京市教委、人事局等专家库专家；国家自然基金、北京市自然科学基金评审专家，等。曾任The 9th\10th Asia Pacific Transportation Development Conference，学术委员会主席（Co-Chair）。3.
