个人简介
赵铭杰 副教授 博士,厦门理工学院 光电与通信工程学院 光电工程系
毕业于华南理工大学发光材料与器件国家重点实验室(光电功能材料与器件方向),工学博士。4年显示科技企业实践经历。入选 “福建省高校杰出青年科研人才培育计划”。入选厦门理工学院“鹭江学者”人才支持计划。曾主持包括“国家自然科学基金青年项目”在内的纵向项目3项,企事业单位横向项目2项,参与各类项目多项。发表学术论文近30篇,多数被美国《科学引文索引》(SCI)收录;申请发明专利4项。获2020年全国光电信息类教师授课比赛三等奖。
研究领域
氧化物半导体薄膜、透明导电氧化物(TCO)薄膜材料的设计与制备、氧化物薄膜在薄膜晶体管(TFT)、太阳能电池、平板显示(FPD)中的应用。目前的主要研究兴趣为使用原子层沉积(ALD)技术、高功率脉冲磁控溅射(HiPIMS)技术制备高品质的氧化物薄膜。
