个人简介
严育杰,男,副教授,1993年2月,工学博士,现为厦门理工学院专任教师。2021年12月毕业于福州大学物理与信息工程学院,获得物理电子学博士学位,2022年3月进入厦门理工学院材料科学与工程学院电子封装技术系工作。
近年来主要从事光电材料与器件的研究,在光电材料的表征、新型光电器件的结构设计、性能测试以及机理等方面有较为深入的研究。曾参与国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然基金课题等研究,目前已在《Advanced Materials》,《Materials Horizons》,《Nano Energy》,《ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces》,《Science China Materials》,《Journal of Materials Chemistry C》等国际学术期刊上发表《SCI》收录论文十余多篇,其中第一作者SCI一区7篇。主要授课课程包含《微系统封装基础》和《模拟电子技术》。
