个人简介

卢向军,男,博士,1982年5月出生,教授、电子封装技术系主任、硕士生导师,2006年获山东理工大学电子信息工程学士学位,2011年获南京航空航天大学材料加工工程博士学位,2012年1月-2015年8月于中国赛宝实验室从事电子元器件的性能检测、失效分析、可靠性评价等研究工作,并于2014年10月评为高级工程师,2019年9月-12月于日本国立材料研究所访问学者,2022年7月评为教授。 近年来主要集成电路的先进封装技术、性能检测、失效分析、可靠性评价等,锂离子电池、超级电容器等储能器件的材料制备、可靠性评价、寿命预测等,先后主持完成了国家自然科学基金、福建省自然科学基金、福建省新工科研究与改革实践项目、福建省教育厅教研教改项目、厦门市战略发展项目等项目,作为主要研发人员参与国家973计划、国家自然重点基金、国家自然基金、江苏省重点基础研究等项目,已授权3项国家发明专利。已在《Journal of Power Sources》、《Electrochimica Acta》、《Materials Letters》、《Nanoscale》、《Synthetic Metals》、《Functional Materials Letters》、《RSC Advances 》等SCI期刊上发表论文二十多篇,他引超过1000余次,相关成果获得2014年度教育部自然科学二等奖。 近年来承担的主要科研项目: [1]. 国家自然科学基金(51407034):基于老化机理的超级电容器健康状态预测研究,2015.01~2017.12,主持。 [2]. 福建省自然科学基金(2018J01429):原位中子衍射研究锂离子电容器Li4TiO5O12负极材料的微观储能机理,2018.04~2021.03,主持。 [3]. 福建省自然科学基金:三维封装硅通孔的电迁移失效机理与可靠性评价技术研究,主持人,2022.08-2024.08,主持。 [4]. 福建省新工科研究与改革实践项目(4021220001):基于集成电路产业发展的电子封装技术专业教学内容和课程体系改革,2020.06~2022.05,主持 [5]. 福建省教育厅教研教改项目(FBJG20210092):面向地方集成电路产业的电子材料复合型人才培养的探索与实践,主持人,2021.12-2023.12,主持 [6]. 厦门市战略发展项目(E2016036):集成电路产业厦台深度对接合作研究,2016.01~2016.12,主持。 近年来获得的主要奖励: [1]. 教育部自然科学二等奖,高比能超级电容器电极材料的可控制备及储荷机理研究. 2013,12,第五.
