个人简介

韩铮,男,浙江大学博士,比利时根特大学博士,研究员,上海市农业科学院农产品质量标准与检测技术研究所书记/副所长,上海市农业科学院真菌毒素风险评估卓越团队负责人。入选上海市农业领军人才、上海闵行领军人才(上海领军人才“后备队”)、农业农村部杰出青年农业科学家、上海市青年拔尖人才,获上海青年“五四奖章”等。 主要成果:主持国家自然科学基金(3项)、十三五重点攻关子课题、上海市科技兴农重点攻关项目、上海市科委仪器试剂专项等多项国家及省部级课题。以第一发明人授权国家发明专利12项;主持研制真菌毒素国家标准物质13项。发表论文100余篇,其中主笔发表SCI论文53篇,他引1500余次,1区35篇,单篇影响因子大于9的11篇。主持获得神农中华农业科技奖二等奖1项(2021-1),作为主要完成人获得省科学技术一等奖1项(2020-4)、中国粮油学会科学技术一等奖1项(2021-4)。

研究领域

围绕农产品和食品中真菌毒素的发生和防控开展了系统的研究工作:(1)创建了真菌毒素标准物质制备技术体系,攻克了我国真菌毒素标准物质缺乏、长期依赖进口、制约食品安全防控工作开展的困境;(2)提出了真菌毒素风险评价新策略,解决了同种食品和农产品容易被多种真菌毒素污染、但不同毒素的联合风险难以评估的难题;(3)发明了一系列特异性识别元件和纳米探针,突破了真菌毒素快速高效检测的技术瓶颈。
