个人简介

主要学术经历 1999.09-现在，清华大学数学科学系，教授 1988.09-1999.09，北京师范大学，任教 1993.12-1995.07，德国比勒菲尔德大学，研究员 1991.07-1993.01，比利时安特卫普大学，博士后学术荣誉国家杰出青年基金获得者，入选“教育部跨世纪人才”，曾获“国家教育部高等学校科学技术奖”一等奖（第一完成人），清华大学百人计划引进人才。担任中国科学、数学学报（中、英）、数学年刊（中、英）、Algebra Colloquium 编委，Pure and AppliedMathematics Quarterly 副主编，曾担任中国数学会常务理事。担任的行政服务工作包括：2003 年 6 月至 2006 年 10 月清华大学数学科学系副主任，2006 年 11 月至 2017 年 5 月清华大学数学科学系主任，2014 年 10 月至 2017 年 5 月清华大学理学院院长

研究领域

基础数学，代数表示论、量子群和无限维李代数。内容包括 Quiver 表示、导出范畴、倾斜理论、Hall 代数和范畴化
