个人简介

Ruchi completed her first degree at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore before gaining an MASc from McMaster University Canada in 2005. She joined the Miniaturisation and Nanotechnology and Syngenta Sensors UIC groups at the University of Manchester for her PhD, where she developed electroseparation methods for sample preparation and analysis of cellulose degrading enzymes in sugarcane juice. This was followed with postdoctoral work in optical sensors with Professor Nick Goddard at the University of Manchester. She then received a fellowship from the Royal Academy of Engineering to continue her work on optical sensors. Ruchi joined the Department of Chemistry at the University of Hull in September 2014.
