个人简介
1966年9月出生于浙江省,1992年硕士毕业于清华大学计算机系,获工学硕士学位后留校任教,2003年获得清华大学工学博士学位。1994至1999年担任清华大学网络中心/CERNET网络中心运行室主任,1999年公派赴美,在George Mason大学作访问教授,并于2000年6在贝尔实验室担任访问研究员一年。现为清华大学网络科学与网络空间研究院党委副书记、长聘教授、博士生导师、研究院学术委员会副主任、网络管理和测量技术实验室主任、清华大学信息化技术中心副主任、计算机学科学位分委员会委员。
