清华大学航天航空学院教授,院长,国家杰青,亚洲热科学联合会Founding Fellow,国际先进材料学会Fellow。曾获得教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、中国工程热物理学会吴仲华优秀青年学者奖、教育部自然科学一等奖、国际先进材料学会IAAM Medal、爱思唯尔高被引学者奖等荣誉。担任国防173重点项目首席科学家、国际传热大会常务理事会理事、国际传热传质中心科学理事会理事、亚洲热科学与工程联合会秘书长、中国航空教育学会常务理事、中国复合材料学会导热复合材料专业委员会副主任、中国工程热物理学会理事、中国工程热物理学会传热传质专业委员会委员、中国热管理产业技术创新战略联盟理事、中国航空学会燃烧与传热专业委员会委员、中国宇航学会空间能源专业委员会委员等学术职务。主要研究领域为微纳尺度传热、热功能材料及电子系统热管理,主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、国家重大科技专项等三十多项课题,迄今发表SCI学术论文200余篇,担任ES Energy & Environment主编,Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter、Materials、Scientific Reports等9个国际期刊编委。 教育背景 1994-2001年 在山东大学能源与动力工程学院获得学士和硕士学位 2001-2005年 在清华大学航天航空学院获得博士学位 工作履历 2005.07-至今,清华大学航天航空学院讲师、副教授、教授 2016.06-至今,清华大学航天航空学院副院长、党委书记、院长 奖励与荣誉 爱思唯尔中国高被引学者(2020-2023) 亚洲热科学联合会Founding Fellow(2021) 国际先进材料学会Fellow(2020) 国际先进材料学会IAAM Medal(2019) 教育部自然科学奖一等奖(2018) 国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金(2018) 中国工程热物理学会吴仲华优秀青年学者奖(2014) 国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金(2013) 教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划(2011)
