个人简介

祁炜博士现为清华大学工业工程系长聘副教授,国家高层次人才计划入选者。 加入清华前,于2017年至2022年任加拿大麦吉尔大学管理学院助理教授、(终身)副教授,兼任美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室中国能源研究室战略顾问。 2010年本科毕业于浙江大学竺可桢学院和控制工程与科学系,2011年硕士毕业于加州大学洛杉矶分校化学与分子生物工程系,2015年博士毕业于美国加州大学伯克利分校工业工程与运筹系。曾在劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室任博士后研究员, 在美国硅谷高科技公司承担算法开发工作。 祁炜团队的研究方向是 “智慧城市运筹学”,即从运筹学的观点来审视和解决当今城市发展中涌现出的各种新挑战,例如电网交通网耦合、最后一公里物流、共享经济、气候韧性等。反过来,研究这些问题亦有助于推动运筹学理论(如离散优化、排队论、数据驱动优化)的发展。他的研究发表在运筹学和管理科学国际顶尖期刊,例如 Operations Research 和 Management Science,并受邀广泛在国际国内的会议和高校进行报告。其跨学科研究还发表在 IEEE Transactions on Power Systems 和 IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid 等权威系统工程期刊上。曾获 INFORMS SOLA Chuck ReVelle Rising Star 奖,INFORMS ENRE 能源领域最佳论文奖等学术荣誉。 祁炜博士领导多个国内与国际 资助的研究项目,例如国家自然科学基金委员会重点专项项目、中国国家自然科学基金委员会-加拿大 魁北克研究基金会智慧城市和大数据研究计划。曾主持一系列项目得到加拿大和魁北克省主要资助机构支持,如加拿大自然科学与工程研究理事会(NSERC)、加拿大社会科学和人文科学研究理事会(SSHRC)、 数据评估研究院(IVADO)等。合作研究机构包括加拿大蒙特利尔交通署等国内外政府和企业。 工作经历 2022至今:清华大学,长聘副教授、国家高层次人才计划入选者 2017-2022:加拿大麦吉尔大学, 助理教授、(终身)副教授 2016-2022: 美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室,博士后研究员、(兼任)战略顾问 教育背景 博士,加州大学伯克利分校 硕士,加州大学洛杉矶分校 学士,浙江大学 学术荣誉 INFORMS 能源领域年度最佳论文奖, 2022 MSOM 数据驱动研究竞赛一等奖,2022 INFORMS 服务科学最佳论文奖第二名,2022 Third Place, Best Paper Award Competition, 2022 Digital Supply Chain and Supplier Diversity Conference Honorable Mention, 2022 Student Paper Competition of College of Sustainable Operations of POMS (awarded to Wenqing Ai) INFORMS 选址分析领域新星奖 (每两年颁发一次)Chuck ReVelle Rising Star Award, 2021 Best Paper Award Finalist, CSAMSE(华人学者管理科学与工程年会) 2021 Best Student Paper Award Finalist, 2021 INFORMS Conference On Service Science 麦吉尔大学管理学院最高教学荣誉 Distinguished Teaching Award - Top Undergraduate Teacher of Year 2019-2020 of Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University M&SOM 优秀审稿人, 2020 M&SOM 优秀审稿人, 2019 Top Downloaded Paper, 2018-2019, Production and Operations Management
