个人简介

孙长征,博士,清华大学教授。主要的研究方向为半导体光电子器件物理及其制作技术,特别是面向干线光纤网络和微波光子学应用的高速半导体光电子集成器件。在国际期刊和会议上发表论文100余篇,申请受理或授权发明专利20项。先后获得国家科技发明二等奖、教育部技术发明一等奖、山东省科技进步一等奖、广东省科技进步一等奖等。 工作经历 2004.1-至今 清华大学 电子工程系 副教授 2000.11 - 2003.12 清华大学 电子工程系 讲师 曾获荣誉 获得国家技术发明二等奖,“高速分布反馈半导体激光器及其与电吸收调制器单片集成光源”(第2完成人)(2012-04-16) 获得中国电子学会电子信息科学技术一等奖,“高速分布反馈半导体激光器及其与电吸收调制器单片集成光源”(第2完成人)(2011-04-16) 获得广东省科技进步一等奖,“基于新型三维二次光学系统的高效LED路灯”(第7完成人)(2009-04-16) 获得清华大学青年教师教学优秀奖(2009-04-16)
