教育背景 2015.09-2020.06,清华大学,博士 2011.09-2015.07,天津大学,学士 工作履历 2022.07-至今,清华大学机械工程系,助理研究员 2020.06-2022.07,清华大学机械工程系,博士后(水木学者) 科研工作 长期从事光刻机工件台、高档数控机床、工业机器人等高端制造装备的精密/超精密运动控制理论与驱控系统软硬件设计研究。围绕IC制造装备中精密/超精密特种电机驱动控制、多轴运动协同与轨迹规划、智能控制理论与技术等研究方向,先后承担国家自然科学基金、博士后科学基金等课题。发表学术论文30余篇,其中以第一及通讯作者在IEEE Trans.系列等SCI期刊发表论文12篇,并多次获IEEE国际学术会议论文奖,长期担任IEEE TIE、IEEE TII、IEEE T-RO、IEEE/ASME TMECH等期刊审稿人 奖励与荣誉 2022 上银优秀机械博士论文佳作奖 2022 IEEE RCAR会议最佳控制论文提名(通讯) 2021 全国创新创业优秀博士后 2021 首届全国博士后创新创业大赛铜奖 2020 北京市优秀毕业生、清华大学优秀毕业生、清华大学优秀博士论文 2020 清华大学机械系学术新秀 2019 清华大学研究生特等奖学金 2018 NSK优秀机械工学论文奖 2017 IEEE ICIA会议最佳学生论文奖(一作) 2017 IEEE AIM会议最佳学生论文提名奖(一作) 2016 IEEE ICIA会议最佳论文提名奖(一作)
