个人简介

1990年5月保送进入上海交通大学理科实验班学习。1990年10月由国家教委公派至前苏联列宁格勒加里宁工学院(后更名为圣彼得堡国立技术大学)工业自动化系学习,分别于1995年、1997年和2000年获电气传动自动化专业学士、硕士、博士学位。2001年回国进入清华大学电气工程博士后流动站工作,2003年出站留清华大学电机系工作至今,历任助理研究员、副教授、教授,2010年获得博士生导师资格,2008-2012年担任电力电子与电机系统研究所所长。现任清华大学电机系教授、博士生导师、副系主任、学位委员会委员,清华-四川能源互联网研究院副院长。主要从事高性能伺服电机控制、机器人驱动控制技术、海浪发电技术、电力储能与微电网技术等教学和研究工作。兼任中国电源学会理事、北京电力电子学会理事、中国电工技术学会小功率电机专委会委员、中国电工技术学会电控系统与装置专委会委员、中国自动化学会电气自动化专委会委员等。担任《微电机》、《电气工程学报》等期刊编委,曾任《中国电气大典》电气传动控制系统篇共同主编、《中国电力百科全书》电力传动分支主编,为多项国际、国家标准制订工作组专家。讲授“电力传动与控制”、“电力电子技术基础”、“储能技术及其在新能源中的应用”等本科和研究生课程。近年来主持科技部“863”计划、国家自然科学基金等相关科研项目20余项,发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI检索20余篇,EI检索论文70余篇,授权发明专利20余项,出版学术著作1部、教材1本,翻译著作3部。曾获教育部新世纪优秀人才、台达环境与教育基金会“中达青年学者奖”、“正泰电工行业科技成就奖”等荣誉,获中国电工技术学会技术发明一等奖(第一完成人)、中国电力创新三等奖、北京市高校教学基本功比赛二等奖、北京市科技进步三等奖等奖励。 个人荣誉与获奖 2016年中国电力创新奖三等奖 2015年清华大学教学成果二等奖 2015年广西电网公司专利一等奖 2014年电工行业正泰科技成就奖 2013年中国电工技术学会技术发明一等奖 2013年教育部新世纪优秀人才 2009年台达环境与教育基金中达青年学者奖 2008年北京市科学技术进步奖三等奖 2007年北京市高校教学基本功比赛二等奖
