个人简介
1993年南昌大学电机系本科毕业,1996年南昌大学电力电子研究所硕士毕业,2001年获清华大学博士毕业后留校任教至今,主要从事电机学和电机分析课程的教学工作以及电机电子系统振动分析与减振、特殊电机系统分析设计、电机电子系统分析与控制、电机电磁场的数值仿真、混合励磁永磁电机和大型发电机内部故障分析等方向的科研工作。2006.3-2006.12在德国斯图加特大学作访问学者,2013.8-2014.2在美国普渡大学作访问学者。主持国家自然科学基金项目四项,针对电机-变频器系统减振降噪,负责完成了自然科学基金项目“永磁电机-电力电子装置系统电磁振动与减振技术研究”;针对舰船综合电力系统,负责完成了自然科学基金项目“独立电力系统稳定性的研究”;针对特殊电机系统研究,负责完成了自然科学基金项目“采用无刷无励磁机谐波励磁的混合励磁永磁电机的研究”;针对高速电机,负责完成了自然科学基金项目“实心转子电机的精确模型、简化等效电路和试验验证的研究”。在国内外期刊和会议上发表文章70余篇。2012年获国家技术发明奖二等奖(交流电机系统的多回路分析技术及应用,排名第3),2009年获军队科技进步一等奖(排名14),2006年获北京市科学技术奖一等奖(排名第4),2004年获教育部提名国家科学技术奖科技进步二等奖(排名第5)。
