个人简介

研究领域

(一)大型电制氢装备动静态特性研究 牵头了国家重点研发计划“十万吨级可再生能源制氢合成氨示范工程”。针对千标方级碱性电制氢机组的动静态性能建模测试进行了一系列研究,优化了机组的调节范围与制氢效率,牵头编制了《低温水电解制氢系统稳暂态运行性能指标及测试方法》团体标准,建立了具有CNAS认证资质的覆盖电制氢全技术路线的实验室。设计建设了国内首个千标方制氢装备的性能测试分析平台,全套工艺流程设计方法和运行控制软件包均具有自主知识产权,能够支撑千标方级碱性电制氢机组动静态性能测试。针对百兆瓦级多机电制氢厂站的厂站级控制策略进行了研究,以支撑电制氢厂站的安全-经济-合规并网运行。 (二)风光氢氨一体化容量规划与运行研究 合成氨是目前电制氢的主要下游应用。对于可再生能源制氢合成氨项目,其电力相关成本在投资成本、运行成本中均占80%以上,而化工行业“安、稳、长、满、优”目标下的传统规划、运行方法难以适应风光可再生能源的波动性。为此,团队研究了在波动的风光出力与电价下可再生能源制氢合成氨系统的经济性容量配置规划与运行方法,从而合理化配置风光氢储容量,降低弃风弃光以及合成氨的平准化成本。相关研究成果已形成成熟软件包与全套数据库,可为可再生能源制氢合成氨项目从规划到运行的全生命周期提供支撑,已支持了40余个项目的可行性研究。与四川大学、中国成达工程有限公司(原化工部第八设计院)共同开发了支撑合成氨工艺进行灵活调节的全套工艺包。 (三)风光离网制氢的组网与控制研究 离网型风光制氢技术未来在陆地和海洋都有着非常重要的应用,市场前景重大。为此,团队针对风光离网消纳这一重要未来发展方向,对海上风电制氢、陆上风光制氢的组网控制相关的关键技术进行了研究。开发了无需配置储能的风电/光伏-电解池直流微网自组网稳定控制方法,以及仅配备数十分钟级别储能容量的交流微网频率稳定组网控制方法。此外,开发了兼容现有大型风光厂站设计的制氢机组分布式配置、组网与控制方法,降低了离网制氢工程的电力设备投资成本。相关研究成果已形成专利。 (四)高温电制氢与氢能发电等前沿研究 在高温电制氢方面,团队在系统与电堆的建模、优化、控制方面进行了系统的研究。团队和国家能源集团北京低碳清洁能源研究院合作,在国家重点研发计划中丹专项“提升可再生能源高效集成能力的高温联合电制气关键技术研究”的支持下,开发了氢源一、二、三号千瓦级高温电制氢样机。承担了国家重点研发计划“固体氧化物电解水蒸汽制氢系统与电解堆技术”课题四,正在开发20kW级高温电制氢模组。共同孵化的创业公司(浙江臻泰能源科技有限公司)获得了2018年全国创新创业大赛一等奖。此外,团队还和国内数据中心行业的头部企业合作研究天然气掺氢燃烧发电在数据中心中的应用,探索氢能协助数据中心这一高耗能产业实现减排这一重要下游应用。
