研究领域

本人研究主题为基于材料基因组的计算材料设计,主要手段为计算热力学、机理性的相变动力学建模,用以实现材料组织调控、系统设计,满足工程方面的综合要求。以实际需求为导向,兼顾产生新的学术成果和工程成果。主要学术成绩包括(1)系统性建立多组元钛合金马氏体及ω相变的热力学动力学数据库、摩尔体积数据库,作为材料基因组支撑相变诱发塑性和及增韧钛合金设计,合金设计取得了美国专利。(2)对于先进钢中奥氏体逆相变、奥氏体分解等相变动力学问题,有原创性地综合多种因素建模,改进模拟结果和相关材料设计手段。开发Thermo-Calc软件的钢模型包计算TTT和CCT图。(3)在先进钢、大块非晶、硬质合金等材料的力学性能方面进行机理性建模,并与组织调控配合,设计和优化材料以适应增材制造等新工艺的需求。曾在若干项欧盟Horizon 2020、瑞典创新局Vinnova等资助的项目中从事研究工作。
