个人简介
Ms. Chang Yao is a lecturer in the English Language Centre (ELC). Before joining ELC, Ms. Yao taught Applied Ethics in Humanities and Social Sciences and Introduction to the Study of Literature in the English Language and Literature Programme at UIC. In addition, she taught TOEFL and SAT classes at an education company and worked as a translator for the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). Ms. Yao holds a Master of Arts in comparative literature from University College London, UK, a Master of Fine Arts in creative writing with a concentration in fiction from The New School, USA, and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the Boston University in the USA. Her research interests include creative writing, fiction, the Homeric epics, and literary cartography.
