个人简介

Education MA in Educational Studies, University of York (2007) BA in English Teaching and Translation Studies, Hunan Normal University (2004) Ms. Lily Liu is a lecturer in the English Language Center at BNU-HKBU United International College. Ms. Liu holds a Master of Educational Studies from York University in the U.K. and she got her B.A. in English Teaching and Translation Studies at Hunan Normal University. Her major interest lies in applied linguistics, effective teaching methods in Higher Education as well as translation. She has participated in such researches as code switching and target language use in the second foreign language classroom. One of the projects she has assisted in as a research assistant was published by a top-class journal Applied Linguistics Review, which is categorized as belonging to Q1 journals by JCR 2021.
