个人简介
Mr. Imran Butt is currently convener of the Creative Interpretation and Expression course, and he also teaches on the mandatory English programmes. Before coming to work in China as an English teacher, he was a civil servant in England where his job involved assessing applications for asylum to the United Kingdom. He also addressed pre-action letters for judicial review applications and decided whether Home Office decisions that were being challenged would be upheld or overturned. He secured employment at a private English teaching school in Zhuhai before joining UIC in August 2009. He holds a Master of Science in comparative physiology from Birkbeck College, London, England. He has also passed the Common Professional Exam in law and has a postgraduate diploma in legal practice.
