个人简介

李树德博士是量子金融预测系统的创始人,具备超过23年的IT咨询经验,在人工智能、混沌神经网络、智能金融系统、量子金融以及智能电子商务系统等领域具有丰富的研发经验,并成功将其在人工智能金融技术领域的研发成果在中国大陆和香港实现了商业化。李树德博士于1989年在香港大学取得理学士学位(物理学),后续分别于1997年及2000年在香港理工大学获得理学硕士学位(信息科技)及博士学位(计算机科学)。从香港大学毕业后,李树德博士于1989年至1993年加入香港天文台,担任气象科学家,研究天气预测并研发气象电讯信息系统。在学术上,李树德博士于2018年在联合国际学院(UIC)担任副教授之前,曾于香港理工大学计算机系担任讲师,2000年晋升为助理教授,2005年晋升为副教授。在此期间,发表了90余篇论文,出版了6本教科书,主要涉及混沌神经网络、基于人工智能的金融技术系统、智能代理技术、混沌密码系统、代理本体、神经振荡器、生物统计学、天气模拟和预报系统等领域。从商业方面来说,李树德博士于2012年至2017年间受邀加入中国利安达投资集团,担任集团首席技术官和首席分析师,为1000多名投资者研发了基于人工智能金融技术领域的发明–中国主要大宗商品金融预测系统。2017年3月, 李树德博士建立了全球量子金融预测中心QFFC (http://qffc.uic.edu.cn), 此中心为非牟利,基于人工智能金融技术研发,旨在为全球商人提供一个自由且开放的平台。个人投资者可免费获得通过先进的人工智能、混沌神经网络和量子理论技术预测分析全球129 种金融产品。目前,QFFC在全球拥有超过10000名注册会员,会员主要来自全球大型基金公司和金融机构的专业交易员、定量分析师和独立投资者。在QFFC 项目完成量子金融预测系统实现自动化后,李树德博士加入了联合国际学院(UIC)并继续对人工智能作进一步地研究和探索,并为学生及社团在人工智能、混沌神经网路以及相关智能领域做出了重大贡献。他的最新著作《Artificial Intelligence in Daily Life》作为UIC人工智能课程的教材,于2020年8月初由Springer NATURE出版社出版发行。 教育背景 1989 理学士 香港大学(物理) 1997 理学硕士 香港理工大学(资讯科技) 2000 博士 香港理工大学(计算机科学)
