个人简介

1996年，黎伟麟博士以优异成绩毕业于夏威夷大学马诺阿分校，获心理学和犯罪学双学士学位。2001年，黎博士于英国莱斯特大学医学和生物科学学院获得法医和法律心理学硕士学位。他于2011 年获得悉尼科技大学生态心理学和语言学博士学位。2013年加入北京师范大学-香港浸会大学联合国际学院（UIC）任助理教授，现任学院副教授及 UIC 代间学院创始人及联席总监。黎博士的研究专长是代际研究领域。对该领域作出学术贡献，以新颖的方式影响代际活动、代际策略编程和代际關係。黎博士还出版了一系列关于代际领导力培训和代际计划的指南和手册。除发表论文外，黎博士还在国际会议（例如，江南大学于2018年关于代际参与和造福不同世代的关系）上担任主旨演讲人。在此背景下，他还担任Journal of Intergenerational Relationships 编委的专家审稿人。2020年，他获东城幼儿园（广东番禺）委任为专家/名师顾问，亦于同年香港浸会大学取得JIRS Fellowship（最高级别）。黎博士在代际规划和管理方面积累了相当的实践记录——他主持了超过 250 次代际环节（即超过 800 小时的项目实施经验，为中国内地和中国香港的 900 多名老年人和青年参与者提供服务）。在整个实践过程中，黎博士经常被要求设计一个代际项目并评估项目成果。例如，代际-ESL（IG-ESL）模型就是黎博士于 2013 年建立的模型之一，黎博士于 2017 年伙伴香港理工大学活龄学院获得李锦记家族基金会和香港特别行政区政府的资助。该计划的目标是为学生提供练习第二语言和退休公民保持活跃的机会。今天，它已成为中国香港的一项循证和广泛报道的跨代共融计划。黎博士于代间管理和研究的能力已获得国际认可。他是美国 Generations United (USA) 于2015年颁发的 Brabazon 评价研究奖的获奖者，这表明这一成就代表了对「通过研究帮助与几代人一起建设更美好世界的贡献」的肯定。基于他的往绩和成就，黎博士致力于不断将他的代际研究知识应用到大湾区更广泛的领域，从而帮助建立一个更具包容性的社会。 Awards and Honors JIRS Fellowship (Highest Category).
