个人简介
张康教授曾在华东计算技术研究所担任CAD工程师(1982-1986)；在英国布莱顿大学担任访问学者、研究助理、和SERC博士后(1986-1991)；在澳大利亚麦考里大学任讲师和高级讲师(1991-2000)；在美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校任访问副教授、副教授、和终身正教授(2000-2021)，现在是该校的荣誉教授(Professor Emeritus)。他还是富布莱特杰出讲席教授(2019-2020)和ACM杰出讲者(2018-2021)。于1982年2月取得成都电讯工程学院（今电子科技大学）计算机工程学士、1990年12月取得英国布莱顿大学取得计算机工程博士、2011年5月在德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校取得高级MBA学位。他指导并毕业了20多名博士生，出版发表过8本论著和100多篇期刊论文。
张康目前担任Journal of Visual Language and Computing, International Journal of Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering, The Visual Computer, Journal of Big Data, Visual Computing for Industry, Biomedicine and Art,《软件学报》等期刊的编委。
