个人简介
雷波教授现为北师港浸大（UIC）理工科技学院食品科学与工程专业教授、博士生导师、珠海市农产品质量与食物安全重点实验室主任、UIC食品安全检测中心负责人、珠海市食品安全专家委员会副主任委员，珠海市高层次人才和广东省外籍高层次人才。获加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学（UBC）食品营养与健康专业博士学位。曾在加拿大农业部食品研究和发展中心以及阿尔伯塔大学农业食品与营养科学系作博士后研究。雷教授在生物技术领域工作多年，具有丰富的海内外工作经验，曾在美国及加拿大数家生物技术公司历任研发经理、总经理、公司副总裁等职务。成功研发多种保健品、抗原抗体产品、检测试剂盒等生物技术产品。在合作项目开发、科技成果转化方面具有丰富经验。目前主要研究方向是食品安全技术及保障体系、快速诊断技术、医学智能制造、保健品研发及转化等。
