个人简介

Monaco博士于2004年获得意大利博洛尼亚大学法学学士,在进行法学学习的同时,他还于2001年至2003年参加了由ISPI(一所位于米兰的的国际事务研究机构)组织的欧洲融合和国际发展领域的培训。2006年他获得国际管理专业理学双硕士学位,分别由法国ICN商学院的和意大利博洛尼亚大学经济管理与数据学院授予,这些学习经历为其后来开展关于印度外商直接投资政策问题研究奠定了基础。2012年,在完成对喜马拉雅山脉国家不丹的整体发展治理模式(“国民幸福总值”)的研究后,他获得了云南大学国际关系,南亚研究专业授予的博士学位。2011年,在其博士学习期间,Monaco博士在哈佛大学开展了对环境经济与巴基斯坦社会发展项目的研究。2014年,他重返哈佛,参与哈佛大学肯尼迪学院和国际发展中心组织的“领导经济发展管理教育计划“。同年,他还参与了荷兰Utrecht大学地理科学学部组织的土地管理与发展项目。Monaco博士分别与2016和2017年加入了哈佛大学肯尼迪学院的创新经济发展项目和经济发展、气候变化与能源政策的项目,并最终取得了其授予的经济发展方向的证书。近期,他在英国剑桥大学获得了奖学金,用于2018年7月至2019年4月在可持续发展领导机构(CISL)下关于可持续发展价值链的研究型项目。从2020年起,他担任剑桥大学CISL与数字教育平台GetSmarter合作组织的商业可持续管理项目的特别顾问,并在牛津大学接受了测绘、空间数据和地理信息系统的培训。 除了学术领域的研究外,Monaco博士也为欧洲机构提供包括经济合作和促进亚洲贸易(如中国、印度、韩国、泰国)方面的咨询。他的教学和研究领域主要包括发展中国家的发展治理和可持续性,其中特别关注整体发展范式与其测量;经济发展,多样性和包容性;自然资源管理和可持续价值链;绿色和循环发展;南南合作。 他是2015-16年度“校长奖”教学与服务奖的获得者,以及2019-20年度人文与社会科学学院研究奖的提名者。2021年他受邀加入了罗马俱乐部中国委员会。
