谭博士获得澳门大学哲学博士学位。她曾在国际知名期刊(如Journal of Business Research和Personnel Review)发表论文,并在国际学术会议(如Academy of Management Annual Meeting 和 Asia Academy of Management Conference)上展示论文。她的研究兴趣包括员工幸福感、家庭与工作交互、组织公平。
