教育背景
澳门大学经济学博士
常笑博士获得澳门大学经济学博士学位。曾任教于中山大学并教授本科生和研究生经济学及金融学方面的课程。常博士在国际知名期刊上发表过多篇学术论文，并担任审稿人。她的研究领域是国际经济学、国际金融学、发展经济学、以及旅游经济学。
