教育背景香港浸会大学管理学博士香港城市大学组织与变革管理理学硕士孟加拉北南大学工商管理硕士孟加拉北南大学商业政策与战略和财务学与会计学双学士 Arif Mahmood博士现任北京师范大学-香港浸会大学联合国际学院工商管理系讲师。他还担任创业与创新管理计划的秘书。他的研究兴趣包括但不限于非正规经济中的创业、战略管理和组织理论化，他的教学兴趣包括创业和战略管理。 Mahmood 博士获得博士学位。 2020年毕业于香港浸会大学管理学系。他获得了硕士学位。以优异成绩获得香港城市大学组织与变革管理学位，并以优异成绩获得南北大学管理学工商管理硕士学位。他在工业界和学术界有多年的工作经验。曾任香港浸会大学、香港城市大学助理研究员，香港浸会大学、兰州大学课程讲师。曾在美国管理学会、国际商务学会、战略管理学会等多个权威学术会议发表研究论文，并担任管理学会、亚洲案例研究杂志、等。他还担任亚太管理杂志（APJM）的编辑审查委员会成员。他的行业经验包括金融和营销领域，包括在孟加拉国一家领先银行的管理职位。
