伦敦大学伯贝克学院管理学博士，西南财经大学经济学硕博连读，西南财经大学经济学学士
路博士在伦敦大学伯贝克学院管理系获得管理学博士学位。她的研究兴趣在于国际商务、企业非市场战略和高层管理团队。她的博士论文讨论了政治联系在企业国际化中所扮演的角色。她的研究成果曾被多次在学术会议上介绍，包括管理学会年会（AOM）、国际商务学会年会（AIB）、国际商务学会年会英国和爱尔兰分会（AIB-UKI）和英国管理学会年会（BAM）。
