积极心理学,临床心理学和理想心理学,具体主题包括: (1) 聚焦中国哲学和传统文化(佛教、儒家)中的理念与技术,专精于正念冥想(Mindfulness Meditation)、慈悲冥想(Loving-kindness and Compassion Meditations)、随喜(Appreciative Joy)、自我关怀(Self-Compassion)等,探讨它们在提升幸福、改善人际、调节情绪、增强自控、发展精神性等方面的效果与机制 (2) 基于冥想和积极心理学,开发各种数字心理健康(Digital Mental Health)产品,如音视频课程和在线训练营,并评估其在职场、家庭、临床等不同情境下的应用效果与机制 (3) 在方法论层面发展和研究理想心理学(Idealistic Psychology/Ideal Psychology),即设计、实现和评估理想心理的研究方法与心理实践,如在第二代正念干预中对“天人合一”的研究和应用等 (4) 研究电子游戏玩家的行为与心理健康,包括游戏成瘾、游戏消费等主题
