1995年毕业于河北师范大学化学系,获理学学士学位;2003年获河北师范大学物理化学专业硕士学位;2007年获中科院山西煤炭化学研究所物理化学专业博士学位。
研究领域
科研方向为多功能无机半导体材料ZnO微/纳米结构的可控合成。
