研究领域

主要从事阿尔采末症(Alzheimer’s disease)、血管性痴呆(Vascular dementia)以及缺血性脑卒中的发病机制和治疗策略研究。近年来致力于开展针对胆碱能系统缺损假说的关键问题—— “胆碱能系统昼夜节律需求”、“乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂病患亚群反应差异性和外周胆碱能不良反应普遍性”和针对Aβ级联反应假说的核心理论——“Aβ寡聚体毒性”、 “细胞内及细胞器内Aβ毒性”的抗痴呆药物新靶标发现和创新药物研究,以及针对缺血性脑卒中开展新型活性天然产物和SIRT、PSD95-nNOS等靶向型药物研究。
