研究领域
主要从事肿瘤生长机理的细胞生物学和化学生物学研究以及抗肿瘤和抗炎症药物的筛选和开发。研究内容包括抗肿瘤和抗炎症药物筛选平台的建立；抗肿瘤和抗炎症活性化合物的筛选；活性化合物的作用机理研究和蛋白靶点发现；受体酪氨酸激酶和JAK/STAT细胞信号转导途径的化学生物学研究；中草药的作用机理研究; 从以中草药为主的天然产物中发现和开发抗肿瘤和抗炎症新药。
目前实验室主要研究项目有:
1. 受体酪氨酸激酶及其信号通路在肿瘤发生发展过程中的表达、突变、活化、功能和调控研究。
2. 基于受体酪氨酸激酶的肿瘤个性化诊断和治疗。
3. JAK/STAT信号通路的化学生物学研究。
4. 中草药的活性化合物发现和机理研究。
