The Roberts group develops new nonlinear optical techniques to investigate energy and charge transfer in molecular materials. Projects currently underway in the group include the development of techniques that can look at dynamics at buried interfaces in thin film electronics and building time-resolved Raman spectroscopies to look at ligand-nanocrystal interactions and singlet fission in molecular films.
