研究领域
●人体生物力学与假体工程—以人体功能重建、假体设计中的生物力学问题为研究对象,运用现代自然科学和工程技术的原理和方法,从力学的角度,在多层次上研究人体的结构、功能和生命现象,为医学各领域中预防、功能重建问题提供力学机理、方法和手段。
●人体运动康复生物力学与康复工程—以人体康复工程中的生物力学问题为研究对象,融合运动生物力学、医用生物力学、骨伤科生物力学的理论和方法,通过人体运动学动力学测量、分析和数值仿真计算,研究人体运动康复中的生物力学问题,从力学的角度科学指导康复训练、康复评价及康复辅具设计,探讨人体运动康复生物力学这一新兴分支学科的理论、方法及分析平台。
研究专长
●人体骨骼肌肉系统之生物力学
① 人体各种功能行为过程的运动学、动力学测量及数值仿真,分析人体运动学和动力学特征参数;
② 基于CT、Micro-CT、MR、冷冻切片图像数据建立人体骨骼肌肉系统三维几何模型和三维有限元模型,分析人体骨肌系统正常功能状态和病理状态下的生物力学行为,探讨人体骨骼、关节、肌腱、韧带等发病和临床功能重建的生物力学机理;
③ 研究人体骨骼的应力适应特性和应力改建行为,建立应力-骨改建行为数值仿真模型,预测应力刺激对骨骼形态和状态的远期影响。
●假体设计及生物力学仿真
设计内植入假体,实现骨和关节的解剖形态和功能重建,并对重建的生物力学效果进行三维有限元应力分析和评价,优化内植入假体的设计,提高其力学和解剖学相似性。
●应力矫形数值仿真及矫形支具的设计
对临床上的力矫形治疗骨骼畸形进行数值仿真,通过计算矫形力作用下的畸形骨骼的力学状态分析矫形的生物力学效果,探讨对畸形骨骼进行力学矫形的生物力学机理,优化矫形的方案,设计矫形器具。
●人体运动康复生物力学与康复评价平台建立
研究人体功能解剖结构和运动学、动力学特征参数,对人体日常运动进行运动学和动力学测量、分析,并对其参数进行研究,基于运动、力和肌电测量数据建立人体康复评价的体系和专家库及软硬件平台;对临床康复病例进行实验测量、分析及康复指导;优化康复辅具设计。
